More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Property layouts for the financier's personal tropical island among the images.

Furthermore contained in this recent photograph release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.

This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing distinct parts of the estate.

In addition to this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.

Further materials released as part of the current congressional disclosure.
